Eligibility
USATF Membership: To enter you must be a 2015 USATF Member in good standing. You may renew/join at www.usatf.org/membership. This is an Open championship.
 
Minimum Age: 14 years and older (as of June 14, 2015)

Online: on or before June 11 at 11:59 p.m. ET $15 per event

ADA Accommodations
USA Track & Field has specific procedures to be followed by disabled athletes wishing to compete in able-bodied competitions against able-bodied Athletics athletes. Please note that the disabled athlete must first meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the relevant competition, including having achieved the required qualifying standard, if any. The disabled athlete is responsible for initiating the ADA Accommodation Request procedures sufficiently in advance to enable USATF to complete its review and decision- making process prior to the relevant competition. Please see the USATF "Policy & Procedures for Accommodation Requests Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act" for more information.

Awards
Individuals: USATF Region Championship medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in  each event (gold, silver and bronze).
Teams: The winning Men's team and Women's team a will be awarded $600 towards travel support to the  USATF National Club Track & Field Championships  (July 11 / New York, N.Y.)
 
Team Scoring
Individual and relay events will be scored 5-3-2-1.

Throwing Implements/Pole Vault Poles
Athletes must provide their own their own implements and pole vault poles. All throwing implements must be inspected and approved prior to use in competition.
 
Check-in/Declarations
Track Events - Athletes must check in 1 hour prior to the listed start time of the event, at the time the event will be reseed if needed. Athletes will be called to the clerk 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to receive hip and/or lane assignments. Athletes will then be escorted to the event by a line clerk.

Field Events - Athletes will be called to check-in at the event 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.
